Can I buy your products locally at a store?

We are mostly an online business, but appear in several craft shows throughout the Bay Area. We also have established some partnerships with local Spas and Boutiques to showcase some of our private labeled lines.   

Are your products really vegan?

Yes! All our products are 100% vegan. We do not use any animal ingredients in our products whatsoever. We never test on animals and source from suppliers that also share the same "Cruelty Free" ethics.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product we make is handmade individually in small batches using traditional methods. This may sometimes mean that no two products look alike and colors and shapes may vary slightly from batch to batch. But that's the beauty of handmade goods! Our products are made in the USA in beautiful Los Gatos and Monterey, California.

Are your products safe to use during COVID?

YES! We make soaps after all! At Simply Bath Company, we have always taken safety very seriously since Day 1. We use face masks and safety glasses, long chemical hand gloves, closed toed shoes and aprons each and every time we work. We wash our hands with our wonderful soap and change gloves every time we leave and return to the studio. We always have had this process and will continue to do so as long as we serve you. So you can be rest assured that all products from Simply Bath Company are handled with utmost care and safety.

When will my order ship?

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are processed in 3-5 business days. In most cases, we will also upgrade you to Priority Shipping for FREE! Custom and large orders will be longer and communicated with the order invoice. For international shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to uncertain customs processing time.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping in the US for all orders over $80. With a large selection of quality products, most of our customers find it easy to reach this spending limit.

Do you charge taxes?

Yes, we do charge sales tax per rules and regulations. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

What if I don't like my purchase? Can I get a refund?

All our products are handmade in small batches. Due to this reason, color, size and shape of products may vary from batch to batch and from those featured on this website. Because of the personal use nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
